Shipping Policy: 

Sara Adams Cosmetiques offers free shipping to the U.S. on all orders $50+ , We ship using USPS (1-2 days for handling). We are  able to ship to P.O. boxes. Orders to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories ship via USPS.We ship International Via USPS.

  • We Cant Cancel The Shipped Orders .
  • The Shipping Cost Not Refundable After we Ship The Order .

These shipping rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US. Some oversized items may require an additional shipping charge. taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total. Rush Shipping may not be available for all orders depending on fulfillment location.

 

If you would like to return an order:

  • Contact us to receive return instructions and address.
  • Ship us the returned item(s) with the original packaging, including any associated free products or gifts along with the returned order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for receipt of the return at our office.
  • Drop your package in the mailbox or at U.S Post location. but a return fee will be deducted from your refund. 
  • We will email you when your return is processed.
  • Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued in the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Any store credit used will populate back to your account immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any applicable duties and taxes from international orders.

Returns :

If you are less than completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days (from the delivery date) for a refund. We regret that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping and duties charges unless the return was due to our error.

Products must be returned in new condition.

If your product arrived either damaged or defective, please contact us right away.
