Q: Can I update my order after it's been placed?
A:
 Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalising your order, and once an order has been submitted and confirmed, it is not possible to revise or cancel it. Kindly email : info@saraadamscosmetiques.comand we will be happy to assist with the return process once you’ve received the order. During launches and major site promotions, allow additional processing times for orders and returns.

A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club , PayPal, Shop Pay , Apple Pay , Google Pay .

A: yes

Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive?
A: Please allow for an additional 24 to 48 business hours processing time for all shipping methods before your item ships. Once your order is processed, a tracking email will be sent to the email address provided. During launches and major site promotions, allow additional processing times for orders and returns.

Sara Adams Cosmetiques  ships via the following carriers:

USPS 5-7 business days 

USPS International 7-10 business days 
UPS Ground: 5-7 business days

UPS International 5-7 business days 
DHL International: 7-10 business days

 

  • International Shipping : 

     

Q: What is the transit time for international shipments?
A: The transit time for International Orders can vary significantly. It typically takes up to 3 business days to process an international order, and between 7-15 business days for it to be delivered to you after it has been shipped. 

In addition, your country’s Customs Authority has the right to hold your package for any reason, for 1-30 days of receipt. Should this delay occur, Sara Adams Cosmetiques  does not have the authority or ability to make changes to or expedite your order. Feel free to contact your customs authority for more information.

Q: Who is responsible for international customs fees?

   

A: International customs fees vary by country , Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out. all customs and customs duty tax need to pay by the costumers we are not responsible after we shipped the order .

Q: Where does Sara Adams Cosmetiques ship to?
A: We ship across the US and to most countries internationally.

 

  • Returns and Exchange :

    

Q: What is your return policy?

  • Contact us to receive return instructions and address.
  • we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Ship us the returned item(s) with the original packaging, including any associated free products or gifts along with the returned order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for receipt of the return at our office.
  • Drop your package in the mailbox or at U.S Post location. but a return fee will be deducted from your refund. 
  • We will email you when your return is processed.
  • Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued in the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Any store credit used will populate back to your account immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any applicable duties and taxes from international orders.
  • Exchanges :

We are unable to offer exchanges, but we are glad to assist you in returning your order and completing a new order for the new item(s) you want.

A: yes , Sara Adams Cosmetiques  does not test our products or ingredients on animals.
